Accurate, current, and verifiable information generally cannot lawfully be removed from a credit report simply because a consumer wants it removed.
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. Neither you nor any credit repair company has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed.
You may cancel your credit repair contract, without any penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date you signed the contract.

Services include credit report review, audit support, dispute preparation, certified mail tracking, response review, file organization, CFPB complaint support, and attorney-review preparation. The exact scope depends on your signed agreement.
Clients agree to provide truthful and complete information, provide documents in a timely manner, and avoid submitting false or altered documents. Mach 8 may terminate services if false information is provided or if the client fails to cooperate.
By enrolling, you authorize Mach 8 to charge your payment method for the amounts described in your agreement. Mach 8 will not charge for credit repair services before they are fully performed where prohibited by law. Recurring charges continue until the plan is completed or cancelled.
If you cancel within the 3-business-day window, any payment made will be returned within 10 days. After this window, cancellation stops future services on a forward-looking basis. Refund eligibility depends on whether the service was fully performed and the terms of your signed agreement.
Mach 8 collects personal information (name, address, Social Security number digits, credit reports, etc.) to evaluate and provide services. Mach 8 does not sell client personal information. We may share information with credit bureaus, creditors, and authorized service providers (mailing vendors, payment processors, etc.) only as necessary to provide services.
Mach 8 maintains a written information security program with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption, multi-factor authentication, secure portals) to protect your data. While we use reasonable safeguards, no electronic system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
By providing your contact information, you authorize Mach 8 to contact you via phone, text, and email for account servicing, reminders, and updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
You agree to receive agreements, disclosures, and notices electronically. Electronic signatures and checkbox acknowledgments have the same effect as handwritten signatures.
Mach 8 is not a law firm. We may organize your file for attorney review if authorized. No attorney-client relationship is formed unless you sign a separate agreement with a licensed attorney. You are free to choose any attorney.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Any dispute arising out of these terms or services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in court (except for small claims court). You waive the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of signing.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mach 8 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Clients agree to indemnify Mach 8 against claims arising from false information or misuse of services provided by the client.
These Terms & Agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
